Design for a mixed-use building in Linz comprising apartments, a kindergarten and associated open spaces. Located on the southern boundary of the “Green Centre Linz”, the project serves as a link between the central park to the north and the green spaces to the south, which were formerly connected to the Winkler railway station.

The green elements play a decisive role in the overall appearance of the building. They hanging gardens, green facades, accessible roof gardens and the green spaces around the building. These include the entrance areas to the north and the kindergarten play area to the south. There is a common planting pattern that runs through these different elements, helping to create a sense of unity and integration within the green structure of the project.
